I'm not sure how this works. I don't have the whole losing weight thing down yet. I dropped two more pounds since last week, and I didn't do anything. I mean it, up until yesterday (I ran yesterday) I didn't do anything. My inactivity was partly do to alot of rain, but mostly due to laziness.
Hell, I'll take what I can get. 2lbs is 2lbs.

I just looked back & you've lost 11 pounds over the past 2 months. That's actually pretty good.
At the beginning of January, I was over 280lbs.That means I've dropped over 16lbs so far. My goal is 210lbs, but I would be OK with 220lbs.
I am good with a weight loss of 1 to 2lbs a week.
Slow and steady. Good for you!
